      Hybrid Working Arangements. Other than this no Pros. Only CONS.

      Cons

      Toxic Work culture. Worst Management team. No Leadership skills at all. No Appreciation for your effort. Unrealistic KPI. Dirty Office Politics everywhere. Overwhelming amount of work. Terrible Team Leaders.
