you can work as much or as little as you want. You don't have to commit to a specific client, you can be an on call worker. Most of the families are AMAZING people and enjoyable to work with. If you get a good supervisor your life is easy.
Cons
They tell you that you will go to jail for stealing time, but if you tell that the house is allowing coworkers to stay home and stay on the clock. Care black balls you and won't find you any clients. It won't matter how long you worked for them.
If your relief noshes you are such at work for over 16 hours nothing happens. the won't fins someone til the next day. you can't leave a 24 hour client because that's abandonment.
No way to grow with the company
As long as you do not work out of the Hammond office, the schedulers at the Baton Rouge, Covington, and Westbank locations are very nice and will work with you about your schedule. The people at these offices are great caring people.
Cons
Pay is low per hour. Hammond office is very difficult to deal with. Scheduling, billing and management in this office is very inadequate. Very opinionated too. Will not try and work with you and they barely answer when you call them for help.
