      Pros

      We have an amazing patient population, and a great staff

      Cons

      NO understanding of work/life balance, company just switched to mandatory 10 hour days. No pay raises, no cost of living increase, management expects us to perform and produce without so much as a thank you or acknowledgement when we stay late to finish charts or patients
