Low pay ,no advancement , poor management,

Low pay Hot Dying fast because of some members of management just coming in to collect a paycheck with no sense of direction. Management positions are divided into several different positions because higher ups are incompetent to the point where people are stepping on each others toes because people are sharing responsibilities. If you have a girlfriend prepare to be in a lot of crap because theres mainly women working here who will sleep with anyone, especially on seconds where the young ones are. Very Unorganized, things were placed randomly and weither or not someone could find it was dependant on if an old worker was there. Management is plucked straight from the plant managers circle of friends from highschool which is leading to inexperienced managers running departments into the ground. Consumers department has a manager known for throwing temper tantrums against other attractive female employees and firing them for whatever reason if they get any attention from male managers. Consumers manager is also known for sexually harassing young male workers. If you are not in the plant managers clique prepare to be fired to make way for another one of his friends.

Vacation policy mandates & lack of transparency / communication from upper management.

Not enough pay!! Working hours change from Day to Day!!!

Poor Management, hidden path for advancement, moving goal posts for advancement.

No set schedule. Weekend work. Poor management.

Structure, Pay Raises, Not being appreciated,

Lower pay then standard, corporate office disconnected with average employee. Lots of dead weight
