Rigid, outdated work environment and culture

Two major problems: 1) Management have no idea what's going on on the shopfloor. Middle management ignore the feedback they get from supervisors and do not do what's needed. 2) The company doesn't understand that sometimes people are ill. You can be sacked after one illness no matter how hard you work. Again it's a sign of management's incompetence.

- No Lunch - 12 Hour Days regularly - Overworked and management refuses to give help -manual labor constantly referred to as “not women’s work” -racist culture/ employees constantly being overshadowed my management instead favoring people who speak Spanish -Abuse of power/ constant abuse of employees by management - managerial incompetence from inexperienced “managers” with dollar store degrees - Managers berating employees to other coworkers, referring to certain employees as “demonic”

Management can sometimes be difficult to work with.

To many hours cut not consecutive hours to work

Not enough vacation days. No year-end company shutdown. Only 11 company holidays. Employees start with 12 vacation days for the first 5 years and it maxes out at 20 after a decade or so of working there

Pay is low, processes are weak. Production manager is condescending and mentally abusive at times to machine operators(He needs a swift kick in the ...well ya know.)......They are way behind times with alot of equipment

Micro managing from the top office to the last person

Inflexible and no opportunity to voice ideas or concerns.
