Pros
Easy work with plenty of time to get the job done. Modern showroom with free as much as you want coffe machine. Friendly banter between fellow sales executives.
Cons
Middle management treat you like dirt and expect everything to be perfect first time round even if you are just a trainee. Middle management have unrealistic expectations and are no help in offering alternatives/ training/ helping you to improve. Higher management are scared of Middle management and won't help due to the Middle management been the business owners son. Spend a lot of time trying to look busy/ with nothing to do if not a weekend and a busy showroom. Long hours for what can be low pay if you do not earn the commission.
