Pros
The most supportive team, managers and MD that I've ever worked with - feeling of genuine care from SLT and colleagues including other teams, fun and beautiful office environment, lots of opportunity and support to become the best version of yourself.
Cons
- 5 days a week in the office can be tiring - high standards but I see this as a good thing

Pros
Reasonable salary for signing your life away to an erratic director and her under qualified senior managers. All female agency, which was more attractive in principle than in practice due to the high level of cliquey mean girl behaviour.
Cons
Undoubtable racial bias towards none white staff members. Erratic work culture, and passive aggressive behaviour towards staff. Zero work-life balance. Low client & talent retention (on average you will see 1 person leave/ get fired every month) Department managers lack sufficient experience. One of which has tried to clean up the mess of the agencies reputation by leaving over enthusiastic reviews (see below) that do not showcase the company in its true colours.
