Steep learning curve in a very short time (2–3 days, intense) Early exposure to real responsibilities Helps build fast adaptability and experience Initially provided free lunch/pantry to give positive vibes Dinner at hotel, birthday celebration, but some people feel cannot set off the stress caused by the job
Cons
Demanding management style with high expectations and tight deadlines Workload is intense; may need to be available beyond working hours, weekends, and public holidays (especially as campaign PIC) Communication can be quite critical; team dynamics may feel uneven (perceived favoritism, sarcasm) Job scope may extend beyond initial role (e.g. live hosting, on-call duties) No AL and MC during probation; confirmation may take longer (up to 1 year, subject to management discretion) Possible mismatch between hiring expectations and actual company setup (e.g. smaller team size, not-existent role/department) No OT pay Big boss has a bit 'God Complex', and gaslighting behaviour. Highly micromanaged to speed up learning, yet expected to think independently with limited time to process Very fast-paced environment with frequent last-minute decisions. And this is the usual day.
