Pros

benefits and mentorship is great. training was really good too. They seem invested in advancing your career and your growth.

Cons

Work can be stressful at times in terms of workload/work life balance. But its worth it imo when considering the pros.

Pros

- Remote work applies to all positions at the moment of writing this review - You'll receive a monthly reimbursement for Utility & Electricity and for Health & wellness - They have many communities for employees to join & engage in. You can get free expensed dinners, swag, etc. sometimes. - They have medicine cabinet, first aid, snacks, drinks, eggs, teas, instant ramen, seaweed, chips, soda, sugar free drinks, and a lot of options to just snack on and use for free while at the office. - Sometimes they may provide free lunch, have food trucks (sometimes free) on occasion - Depending on you view this, they value your merit more than time of tenure (seniority) & age. - Bereavement is up to 10 days, sick time is accumulated and capped up to 10 days, and PTO is between 2 weeks to 1 month based on tenure. - There are overtime opportunities if there is a business need, which you'll be making 1.5x your current hourly rate. (For hourly workers only and you cannot take PTO, sick leave during OT or it will count towards regular pay) - They match 50% of your 401k contributions up to 6k. - Amazing Health, medical, dental, and eye care insurance benefits - You have access to everyone's calendar view, so that you can easily you schedule a meeting, see their availability, or plain curiosity. - They have Career experiences where you can try a role, for 3-6 months, but you will not receive additional pay or have a guarantee in obtaining that career your experienced. But at least you rotate your work.

Cons

- Directions given by leadership is inconsistent. - Lack of accountability amongst leadership in regard to resolving issues. - Entry level positions beware of empty promises. Favoritism plays a huge role here. Favoritism (while not publicly admitted or mentioned) will get your far. - There are no bonuses and miniscule raises once a year that is negligible. - The illusion of management saying there is no micromanagement is real. It exists, there's controls and systems in place that track it, especially if your position is hourly. - Company is very political within management and communication. - Be mindful of your speech during your time in this company. - Doing what's best for the company may not give you recognition, higher pay, or promotion. - Progression with career is extremely limited and difficult. - There is disparity in treatment & benefits to contract workers, hourly employees, and salaried employees. - There is no transparency in career advancements. Some folks on the team are asked privately based on leadership's relationship to certain individuals. - They used to provide a free daily lunch every day, before the company grew massively to what it is now. Now it's nonexistent. - Tasks within this role are extremely monotonous, repetitive, and beyond boring. You will not be able to mentally grow or stimulate yourself once you get into a rhythm of doing the same tasks over and over again. Pretty much factory work but for the hands and mind.
