      Not exactly the best place to work.

      Pros

      They are pretty understanding when it comes to family. Tons of hard working team players.

      Cons

      Production management sick. There is a lot of unnecessary micro managing. Communication between departments is horrible mainly management. Management does not look out for anyone but themselves mostly. Moral is very low. Pay is very low for the amount of hard work and commitment employees have. It is hard to trust some of the management team. It is hard to advance if you are not in the in crowd with management

      good pay to someone with little experience. nice co-workers if their work load isn't too much that day.

      Cons

      benefits, management, salary based pay. since they have been bought out by Business Ink, the president lets everyone walk all over her. the ceo is rude, ignorant and down right disrespectful.

      Pros

      The day I was laid off/fired was the best day that I'd ever worked there. I almost kissed when they gave me my pink slip.

      Cons

      Not once, during my entire tenure there was I offered "health insurance". I didn't care. There was a $2,000.00 deductible. The "dental plan" was just as generous. I was offered on job, but when I got there, they switched the position and made me the secretary. They left me keep the original title, but paid me as the secretary. I was hired as an hourly worker, but was changed to a salaried worker so that they didn't have to pay me overtime. It would have been nice if they would have told me that I had been changed to salary. After weeks of not getting the additional pay, I only found out when I asked for the money.
