I worked in cashify 6 month. and during my work I got to know that cashify is worst company I ever worked . currently they have no work . best part about the company that you can come to the office till 12.00 or 1 o'clock but can't go before 9 pm beacuse they think if employee not sitting till 9 pm in office that's means he is not working. some of top level employee come office after lunch each and every day and they think the one who sitting 9.00 am should work with him late night . Human resource and finance department behave like that they are country human resource and finance minister respectively . one more thing if you join this company then every day you will have to face a new project manager . and they don't know nothing except his position that they are project manager. currently only 60 to 70 people visit cashify website per day . I resquest to every one not to join this company .

The management is worse, there have been two layoffs in the past year, and now good people are leaving themselves. No appreciation for your hard work, you just get more work. Work from office every day, but rules are biased, if your manager is good then great. PS - Frontend Developers life is worst at the company, all good people are gone due to the management. Only few good projects, if you're ready to sacrifice your work life balance, you get it otherwise very simple projects, the people at higher positions do all the work. HR department is like some government organisation, no good things for the employees.
