      Great company for new graduates to start and learn a lot about safety industry , product design and manufacturing. Work colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Base salary is okay.

      Cons

      Minimal career development and progression. Increase in salary is very small. Company is becoming more profit-centric, employee satisfaction is also declining. Disconnect between management and employees. Bonuses are withheld
