High pay, if you enjoy talking and actually teaching English you'll fit great

Not enough screening for actual English speakers, not many teachers know enough about English and its rules to teach students

- The pay was good, especially if you are a university or graduate-school student. - The teachers all have a similar background (spent some years overseas, fluent in English), so it was a comfortable environment.
Cons
- Editing the essays online was quite time-consuming.
