Thank you for sharing this, even if we find much of it difficult to recognise as an accurate reflection of who we are. We take all feedback seriously, including feedback that's hard to read. If your experience here has left you feeling this way after three to four years, that matters to us, and we're genuinely sorry it's ended on this note. Where we'd respectfully push back is on some of the more serious characterisations, particularly around how we treat people and how we operate as a leadership team.
