The schedules were very flexible for the most part. Colleagues are very bright and helpful. The size of the company created a very close knit environment where interdepartmental communication were frequent.

Since the acquisition by Quest Diagnostic, Celera has slowly deteriorated. As benefits slowly aligned with corporate Quest Diagnostic, it became very clear that Celera was no longer an appealing place to work. Medical benefits offered is the bare minimum. Quest Diagnostic only observes 5 holidays per year.
