Stress and totally no work-life balance. Your life is all about WORK only. You have to work everyday including public holiday and weekends on facebook optimisation. Night and morning, sometimes it might take your half day to do it. Due to the poor management, there is a lot of inequalities treat among the staffs. Besides, the works is also quite repetitive.

unethical in across all spectrums from work practices to treatment of employees. forced staff to 'resign' with minimal notice while refusing to compensate. gave other staff ultimatum: take either 50% pay cut or resign. those who chose to resign were given pointless redundant work with unreasonable deadlines during their notice period to try to force them to leave early. boss is dishonest
