Pros

The technology has potential in the future when it fully works

Cons

Technology has major flaws, the amount of instruments they are making exceeds the need to improve the instruments they have already made that don't work. Management was shocking, never listening to employees and understanding their needs. Everyone was in it for themselves, management is the worst, they are all egotistical, misogynistic men, who don't give a damn about their employees. The "we are a family" is just their way of manipulating you to work for longer hours with less pay. There is no work-life balance and complaints regarding sexist colleagues and management is completely ignored.

Terrible company to work for

Pros

Exciting technology but that's about it.

Cons

Low pay and no benefits at all. Absolutely no benefits, especially if you are not Sweden based. Technology itself has flaws which are known to product management but nothing is ever done to rectify the issues. No feedback is ever taken seriously under consideration. No recognition for hard work, instead they constantly slam their employees with more responsibilities without any gain. Management is the worst, constantly bullying their way through and trying to squeeze results based on fear and threats. No processes in place, the company is stuck in start-up mode since it was founded back in 2016. Cellink has offices in Sweden only in Europe which means if you are based in any other European country you will be employed by one of the sister BICO companies instead. You will effectively be subject to their individual T&Cs as there is absolutely no uniformity across the group. Top management is completely disengaged from the rest of the employees. A lot of great people are leaving because of the toxic culture

Pros

Good colleagues, Great Location, Exciting Technology,

Cons

IMPULSIVE DECISIONS FROM MANAGERS TERRIBLE SALARY/COMP HIGH CHURN W CUSTOMERS & EMPLOYEES. THEY LEAVE AFTER 1 YEAR, NOT GOOD FOR LONG TERM When I accepted a sales position, I thought I was going to be working for a mature technology company that cared about its employees. I was lied to, mislead and found myself working for 45k an year in an unstructured sales team with no proper leadership. Toxic workplace, passive aggressive managers with no respect for personal life. Management has no vision and no strategy for growth Lack of transparency. Be careful of voicing your concerns. They will let you go if they see that you have any concerns. They just want you to be a puppet Compensation is low, not competitive to other companies in the same area Upper management doesn't trust their own people, when they want something, they acquire new companies. -Upper management doesn't care about the people Health Insurance is expensive, HR is a joke, DO NOT TRUST HR, THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK, HR’s favorite saying is "But here in Sweden, it is this way" Stock Options are non-existent, you have to wait 3 years to be able to own stocks Company Culture is nonexistent, Management does nothing to promote culture or hold events for employees. All of Sweden office takes PTO same time, in the summer shutting down operations for 2 weeks. Promotions are based on your spending time with, its an good ol’ boys club mentality, you have to suck up to Erik G, Hector M and Gusten to move up.
