Pros

Great learning experience when it comes to HVAC and Energy savings. The team is supportive.

Cons

Management is always changing and come in with little to no background on the previous issues. Some managers are better than others but the ones that are bad really bring down the overall quality of the program. Its very unfortunate especially since the program actually does drive savings.

You will be promised a severance package when your contract ends....but they might not give it to you You have to work EVERY holiday No family time No work-life balance You'll get calls at all times of the night and day Limited room for career advancement
