      Pros

      A few great individuals highlight the institute. Location is great, proximity to the city, RPA hospital and university is ideal.

      Cons

      You don't feel appreciated by management or human resources. Salaries are uncompetitive, and progression through promotions is rigid. Very insecure.

      extremely poor management, toxic workplace with gossip. Allow bullying and bad behaviour. Stuck in the stone age
