      Rewarding work, hands on, get to learn the needs in the community and be part of the solution

      Cons

      There is Little pay no room for promotion, new staff starts at same pay rate as someone who has been there for over 10 yrs.

      If you stayed out of the office, which I did as much as I could, you were not likely to get caught up in the drama!

      Pros

      Absolutely, hands down, every single personality that clients brought to the table!! Each and ever person served has a story... a fascinating one! I enjoyed listening to all of them.

      Cons

      The upper management ran the agency poorly! There was a lack of support and once she had a target on your back, you knew it. The unprofessionalism to the Stilettos to the low cut shirts... the company from the top did not make a good name for itself. The ones who were on the front line day after day working with those memorable clients were not held with any value. Everyone there is expendable!!
