Cons
Central is a huge company with surprisingly super low yearly budget for marketing. You’ll find some great colleagues but majority will be those that lack the willingness to work beyond the required amount due to super low pay for entry level. It might be fun if you were fresh out of university but working here after a year will also drive the motivation and creativity out of you.
