      Pros

      Fast paced - lots of experience on variety of policy areas.

      Cons

      Over worked at senior levels. Management seems to care but no feedback actually gets actioned. Always seems to be willing to have meetings and workshops on implementing change, gather feedback on policies - very time consuming and wasteful as known that none of it lead to anything actionable. Lip service to workforce wellbeing.

      Great mission statement, interesting projects, lots of passionate people

      Cons

      Projects are poorly executed because of lack of time and money. Research is done poorly or not at all. There is a lack of respect for partner organisations with clinical expertise.
