The cons at CentroMed are management and the toxic work environment. If you want to work here, you have to be a keep our head down and be quiet type person. If you express any concerns or dissatisfaction, you will be bullied, gaslight, and you will be ignored by the department. Folks here will "other" you if you are not like them and will not talk to you, ignore you, or treat you like you're nothing. Management also has this "do as I say, not as I do" mentality and thinks they are above company policies.
