The recruit team is very bad, when they interviewed me that moment they informed
Some other location and during the joining date they told me go so some other location which was not even close to me.
The job that was assigned after joining the company was not of my interest or that wasn't my job role.
Dont believe in the HR team because they might interviewed for something else and while joining you will see something else.
I opt this company because i was looking for growth in my same field not in some other field. I interviewed for this company because the job openings that was for my profile. But during the time of joining some other job was assigned to me that was not even close to my profile. I was totally fooled and pissed by company because when you so good in career and then something like this happened, I was totally gone.
I was working with reputed company and was looking for growth, i got a job in centum learning for my same profile but thing changed after joining the company. It was worst experience that i have ever had.
If i would knew that the HR is so unprofessional that he himself doesn't know anything that I wouldn't have joined the company. The HR herself don't know whom to connect or talk on my first working day, she doesn't know on which office location should i report. Infact she didn't informed the office team that someone will.be joining....nothing information was shared with me or the office.....Dont ever think to joined this company..... Because its a mess, you will wandering what is happening around.....Dont even think to leave the current job and joined this company because you will regret later....... The HR in this company are only recruiting people just for name sake or just to show their senior their data or that they working.... I had a very bad experience with centum learning never will recommend this company to anyone.
