- The company has been in business for more than 10 years and they never done the job to be bale to sell the product. No clinical evidence, no real world practice studies, only reserach based studies from the founders - On arrival discover of no paying customer, no Value proposition, no scientific evidence for biomarker - We had to start from scratch to be able to put the product in the market. Reposition the product on what it is good at, redefine the vAlue proposition to find potentail on the market, redefine the marketing message, rebuilkt the pitch but also finding KOLs, finding potential hospital to provide clinical evidence. - They have been selling to G2M partners dreams and fake facts on the product with a position on Stroke market which teh product does not serve at all. - The solution is a research tools which might be able to enter clinical routine pathway by augmenting value proposition of other vendors. - The top management is made of friends with some doubts of each other skill set to properly run the company - Lately, the main goal has shifted to sell, whatever the value of the solution is. Funding issues??? Therefore, the culture of the company has changed to very toxic with the recrutment of people specialy at the head of the commercial team who is not from the industry and bringing a very toxic spirit. Management by fear and very "I am the boss, shut up". No listening anymore even sometimes they fake it by setting meeting to let you share but at the end you realised that they were not listening.
