We lost confidence in this former employee's ability to perform the job he was hired to do. We made the difficult decision to terminate him once that became apparent. Contrary to the above review, it is factually inaccurate that this employee was lied to or provided any material contribution to the business during his short tenure. While we understand the frustration that results from losing a job, it was the right decision for the company and this individual to part ways.
