      Pros

      The company is great with a lot of excellent ideas, the team is fun, and the work culture is great too.

      Cons

      You must be really good and knowledgeable in the Web3 space to work and engage with the product. Product changes rapidly TImezone difference issues, sometimes you have to work in the zone of others

      Pros

      Fairly low stress minus the confusion. Because it’s so confusing you can hide-out and do the bare minimum. People are friendly and it’s a very pro-travel/pro-conference culture.

      Cons

      Lacks experience, and is resistant to new ideas. For a blockchain company, it’s surprising how old and stodgy some of the practices are, it’s like a 1980s boys club all over again.
