      Pros

      Great Vision Ambitious company Competitive products (Creative cocktails made in house Delicious biodynamic wine etc) Fantastic location. Great team, friendly staff and guests

      I am looking to work from home. A position to work remotely isn't available.

      meh workplace, useful stepping stone

      Pros

      - interesting clients - free products - useful stepping stone to other agencies - potentially good events - good for networking - emma (director) is friendly

      Cons

      - low pay - not diverse at all (few/no poc or lgbtq+, mostly brought in through 'diversity' internship paying minimum wage) - seemingly toxic work environment for more senior staff - questionable choices (inviting poc content creators to events with no products in their shades, then being surprised and offended when they react negatively to this)
