Pros
I was really well supported by my manager and had lots of opportunities to move up and around. At the time I worked there, there was lots of innovating happening and creating new programs and services which meant there were always opportunities to do something different.
Cons
Your goodwill to do more for the organisation gets taken advantage of and you aren’t properly compensated. I worked ridiculous hours for pay that was well below what I should have. I am unsure if that culture still exists now however, at the time I was there it was certainly the case.
