The company in general think they are a lot better than they are.
One manager got me to transfer my billings to him so he could hit target, he then refused to pay me the commission as promised.

Since last year, our remuneration policies have been documented and published to all staff, and allocation of commission payments has been overseen by our senior leadership team to ensure fairness and transparency. Employees are encouraged to seek “on-the-job” opportunities to develop new skills within their existing roles and to take on new challenges and roles that stretch and development them further. I joined to progress my career and was sold on the promise of development opportunities, but they simply don't have the inclination or infrastructure to develop people.
