What an absolute joke. 6 years and they haven't even come up with a clear business plan or a strategy. The bank is never going to make a real profit. Just a load of self-entitled, deluded Gen X MDs suckling on the JP Morgan teet and so they can send their kids to private school. Utterly clueless and toxic management. The bank is a joke. Just one big LARP exercise.

Honestly it's a joke. There is no strategy for the bank and it's just a money pit. The management are clueless Gen X types and JPM lifers. Massively hierachical and bureaucratic. Often 7 or 8 teams doing the same (pointless) task. Everyone seems to be a Director to the extent that it's a meaningless title. Can't see it having a long term future and will eventially be closed down.
