Worst company EVER to work for.

Pros

Work when you want. That is literally the only good thing.

Cons

There are SO many times you will answer a ticket and not get paid for it. You will get paused for no reason and lose out on so much money. There are never any team leads on Slack to answer your question so you are left to skip those tickets and make no money. It is NOT worth it.

Unprofessional and lack of experience Edith onboarding. Doesn’t know their client and the macro environment. Setting you up for failure.
