Working remotely, with some of the most amazing folks in the industry, and in our nations armed forces. You'll rub shoulders with astronauts, SEALS, and the brainiest folks in the tech world.
Cons
While military preference has its benefits, a military structure often has its limitations - including the idea that the "troops" don't need to know where they are going all the time. Also, working with so many folks with so many accolades creates an atmosphere of dog-eat-dog alphas who will destroy the whole tribe if they don't get their way. In my tenure there were "too many Chiefs, not enough Indians", and the "Indians" we had knew they were disposable, despite any level of contribution. Becoming a "Chief" was nearly impossible, due to the strict hierarchy.
