Pros

Lunch and breakfast Prorated local leaves at arrival

Cons

However bad it is where you are, you're in for worst. They will put you through loads of interviews and a test at the time of recruitment making you think they are careful and pro. You will be sold dreams with bling and benefits if you get through but you will easily be fired or made to leave. In between the propaganda of pretending to care for your wellbeing is an indulgence for horrible management. Linked in says people leave bad managers but at checkout this is business as usual. You will be given an image of them trying to avoid this, but truth is, its just another day. As a previous commenter said, the Operating principles are used for bullying. Another company that will burn through its employees for the sake of growth on steriods. Forget long-term stability. if you need a loan and you work there, you will be considered high risk by the bank, and rightfully so due to the high turnover. The four horsemen of 'great' companies await you: Fear, intimidation, pressure, apathy
