Too many team events where you feel forced to participate. Some people like to leave work at work. Almost impossible to progress or get a proper payrise, negotiate very hard at interview because this will be your salary and position for years. Culture - think David Brent from the office and your expectations will about right. If you don't like this then it's probably not for you.
