      Pros

      Good pay, TPS, generally nice kids, Tries to be inclusive and has generally approachable senior leaders. Is vibrant.

      Cons

      Lack of space, poor communication with a very top down approach (crazy amounts of detentions to the point where they have almost no meaning to many kids).
