Pros
Lots of flexibility with hybrid working options, no micromanagement, and genuinely nice directors. It’s the ideal place if you have the experience to work independently, don’t need much hand-holding, and value freedom in how you manage your day. The commission structure is excellent and completely transparent.
Cons
Could benefit from more structured training and support for those who need it. Internal processes could be smoother and more consistent.

Instability Salary doesn’t change even if you get promoted No HR No accrued holiday payment if you resign or are terminated Can easily let you go if you if the market crashes or, if you are not billing without a PIP or warning
