Fully remote, small team, decent work-life balance depending on your role.
Cons
Minimal benefits. Upper management thinks they are creating a relaxed and inclusive work culture but they are actually often inappropriate, ultimately difficult to communicate with, and they have the capacity to react vindictively.
Great place to work and have your job turn into a career. Management staff is established; most with 6+ years of experience in their position. Very open-door policy; management wants to hear your ideas and suggestions to improve the environment. Room for advancement in all departments for those that show initiative, dedication to excellence and solid work ethics. The culture promotes healthy working habits; the software and customer service provided is held to a high standard, but not at the expense of an employee burning out or rushing a deadline
The working environment is very friendly, and encourages communication between employees and departments if a question arises. There are good benefits to working with the company, and the culture promotes healthy working habits; the software and customer service provided is held to a high standard, but not at the expense of an employee burning out or rushing a deadline. There have also been multiple instances of promotion within the company in various departments since I started here, so there are lots of career opportunities. I feel valued as an employee here.
Cons
To be successful you must be self-motivated and willing to solve problems.
