Just don’t do it

Pros

The patients and coworkers (sometimes). Work life balance can be good.

Cons

All of it. Bad pay, bad management, just bad everything and also the company looks like it will be collapsing soon. No bonus, no benefits. Not worth it.

Pros

Free treatment, patients are nice, work hours

Cons

Low salary even for practice manager (24K annually), higher management are complacent, management have favourites, NO HR despite having 35 clinics in the company, not given a pay date, unachievable targets so you can’t get bonus, forgotten after training, false promises, only care about money and the rich and don’t seem to actually care for patients, no communication from higher management, marketing don’t do anything, poor working environment, no incentives, extremely high staff turnover, higher management will not listen, refunds processed via bank transfer from Singapore office and take over a month so you’ll get blamed by patients when not receiving their money, discriminative towards women and disability … the list goes on and gets worse
