Chitra is a strong small business with a variety of work so no two days are the same. The fast-paced work keeps you mentally active. Since I joined less than a year ago, I have had a plethora of opportunities available to me to learn and advance in the company. Chitra’s CEO knows the worth of their employees and treats everyone like family and offers constructive ways to improve/advance while also making the work environment as friendly as possible. The opportunity to learn on sight and be taught different job skills has put me on a quick track of knowledge and job opportunities for future contracts.
