A lot exposure to a customer service and CRM practices
Cons
Flatness in administration and lack of corporate culture, you are a number in the company, when you are a"negative number" in terms of not the outlook they expected, you are no longer useful.
There were more hours available upon request, as I’m a student this was useful during summer time and breaks from college.
Cons
I would not recommend any woman to work for this company. The continuos harassment I endured in my almost 2 years working there was disguisting. I’m not sure whether it was because I was working in one of the franchises run by griffin retail or if this behavior is accepted in all of the shops. I did not feel safe working here and many other women I worked with felt the same as the men in the shop were very inappropriate. I even had bad experiences with male management! Girls do not work here, I endured the harassment for far to long as it was my first job but nobody deserves to be in that situation. Managements solution after I reported the men involved was to move me to a separate branch and keep all of the men involved in the shop with no repercussions for their actions. Disguisting company with not morals.
