Business outlook
Pros
Great management. Having my own truck, a fleet gas card, my own testing gear, ect.. You can pretty much get whatever amount of hours you want and it is not too difficult to get days off (everyone works great as a team). Very welcoming and wholesome place to work.
Cons
Had a 2WD truck as a field technician, it made many things difficult on certain job sites. Pay is not substantial whatsoever in comparison to other employers.
