- Limited room for career development and growth at the PT level - Relatively low pay compared to other positions

HR and payroll were incredibly unprofessional. Full of liars and backstabbers Salary wasn't great Success was not measured by an employee's work, it was measured by who they were friends with. Advancement was clearly tied to personal friendships with HR During layoffs, criteria for keeping your job was again clearly tied to personal friendships with HR
