      Pros

      friendly employees, have a good time with work enviroment if HR and boss not there.

      Cons

      over-pay job, the salary they paid is way underpaid for the you the you done, also they will tell you to use you own transport to take raw material from storehouse if you have you own transport, cant claim petrol money at all ,also if you done anything wrong when mixing a drink you have to pay for it, also noted that the payout salary is very late,

      There are no pros to working here.

      This is a family business operating with ZERO opportunity to grow. There is an abundance of favoritism and racism. I know that I was treated vastly differently from other employees because I am Hispanic. The discrimination results in the owner showing appreciation and respect to sluggish employees, and real hard work is ignored.
