Stay Clear , Underpaid , Overworked and the Directors need training
Pros
Great support from the C.O . Always had your corner when needed . Great support from fellow managers/ store team as they understand Directors only care about growth of company / brand portfolio. Great support from HR , but Directors unfortunately shut down many changes required to operate effectively.
Cons
Underpaid , no real structure , really bad bonus structure compared to most other operators . Expect to work 10-14 days without a break , no overtime , forced to find your own cover .Bullying tactics from Directors all the time ! One in particular needs to learn to not throw a strop when he is challenged . When opening a new store it is your job to ensure all is in place the building is handed over and not wait a year down the line for it to be signed over to store staff . No health and safety protocols or checks to ensure building is compliant on a daily basis .
