      Pros

      Upper management tries to foster a "family" atmosphere, with company social events once a year at the annual meeting in home office.

      Cons

      Workloads are heavy, only experienced adjusters can survive, but the salaries are static. Benefits are below average, geared mainly to support employees in the Cincinnati area.

      Pros

      I’m a field director and we have incredible flexibility— we all work from home and get a company car. They really do let you run your world, set your own schedule, and let you focus on production. Everyone is so supportive & helpful. Amazing communication between departments. What other company sets up a 1:1 meeting with the CEO for you within weeks of starting just so he can get to know you?

      Nothing! I feel like I’ve found insurance utopia.

      work from home, company car

      Cons

      case load is too heavy to work within an 8 hour shift. software system is antiquated, must do all clerical entries, mailings, having to upload DECS and endorsements manually into the file, and claim handling. Low pay and benefits are not competitive.
