The company was previously handled by 3 partners and everything was good till then, but now there is only one owner who is the CEO. The company's work culture has gone downhill from then since it is being run by CEO and his wife. They run on business model where they hire freshers with minimal wages and deploy them to the Client sides (usally Banks) as senior employees and charge the Banks 5x to what they actually pay those employees.
