      Benefits with the phone Some áreas like digital or products are ok

      Cons

      Mostly everything. I was one the highest paid. The VP and leaders doesn't make good decisions and none stays more than a year. Meritocracy exists depending on the manager. It is very pyramidal, managers only talk with their peers, etc HR does not exist
