      Good career progression but work can be overwhelming

      Pros

      Career progression opportunities. Working from home three days a week. Training provided. 2-5 extra annual leave days for full time employees who have worked more than 12 months. Yearly bonus in the form of company shares. Free access to personal counselling for employees and their family members.

      Cons

      Too much work. When an employee resigns, there can be a delay for up to 6 months or sometimes more in finding replacement. The reason is not because of the difficulty finding a replacement. It's caused by bureaucracy.
