Pros
It is great being able to work from home. It means there is no travel time, or expense. The company provides lots of training, so you feel prepared and ready to teach the schools. Also, it is nice to be able to keep in touch with other teachers, because we often give each other tips and help. I have always been paid on time, which is important. Overall, I have had a great experience.
Cons
It's sometimes difficult to finish the given lesson plans within the time, which can be a little stressful.
